Sheikh Nasser bin Mohammed, the first founder of this activity, worked on agricultural, residential, and endowment properties, orders, rulings, deeds, and others displayed at the company headquarters, involving:

- His Majesty King Saud (May Allah have mercy on him)
- His Eminence the Grand Mufti, Sheikh Mohammed bin Ibrahim (May Allah have mercy on him)

The Self-Made Father / Abdulaziz bin Nasser (May Allah have mercy on him)
The self-made father, Abdulaziz bin Nasser, the second generation of this activity, worked on extracting dozens of ownership proofs (Hujaj Isthkam), grant orders, real estate loans, building permits, survey decisions, and others displayed at the company headquarters.

Lawyer, Notary, & Real Estate Registrar / Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Nasser
Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Nasser, the third generation, worked on extracting ownership proofs and treatments for documenting/registering real estate properties. Among his achievements is an ownership proof displayed at the company headquarters that was under review for 30 years and issued with the ratification of the Supreme Judicial Council; it was referenced in a book on Saudi judiciary biographies (titled "The Thorny Case"). He participated in establishing Esthkam Company in 2020 and is today a Lawyer, Real Estate Registrar, and Notary.
